This Double Contact Grill made by Velox is a smooth plate, high speed contact grill suitable for use in professional establishments. The specially designed heating elements and cast aluminium cooking plates give extremely efficient heat distribution to ensure even and safe cooking and thermostatic controls minimize energy consumption. This grill performs equally well with fresh or frozen foods. Rare, medium or well done products can be cooked simultaneously allowing the operator to cook to order a wide variety of foods without sacrificing the quality. Each grill is powered separately so only one can be used if necessary.
